If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Ray Beauty Supplies will gladly accept returns for Ray Beauty Supplies products within 30 days from delivery date as long as the below conditions are met.
GENERAL POLICY
Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged (for hygienic reasons we do not refund opened packages).
MAKEUP RETURN POLICY
Makeup and other products can only be returned under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item delivered
- Return on the spot (when the rider is still there) if the product is unused ( in the case of change of mind).
Ray Beauty Supplies does not accept returns for any opened cosmetics.
